We each have NOW to live. No one can say what the next day or even hour will bring. I had a fiance who was 24 and a self made millionaire. Thankfully he lived his life for each day because he was killed in a plane crash.
But to answer your question in theory – as technology moves forward, we could see life spans of several hundred years.
